Looking at the various portable scanners the other day, as I have a bad habit of borrowing family photos from my Dad and forgetting to return them. Then I had a thought – my phone has a five megapixel camera, and I spend more time reducing image files after scanning than I do actually scanning, so how would photos of photos turn out?
I tried half a dozen, and the results were quite pleasing, given that I’m still getting used to the phone/camera.
As you can see, I need to work on keeping still while I snap, but I think it’s worth considering.
